The Sicilian Food Confectionery was born in 1969 , after more than a century of experience of the Menza brothers – engaged in the art of baking since 1863.
In the 5000 square meters of the first factory breadsticks, loaves of bread for breadcrumbs and Daisino are baked, the first and most famous snack. But gradually Dais goodness spreads: the company expands with modern systems, new recipes and different production lines.
Every day’s mission is to satisfy customers without compromise. All products are obtained from excellent raw materials , constantly analyzed during processing. An internal specialized laboratory monitors each phase of the production process with chemical-physical and microbiological analyzes.
