A classic Italian dessert, reimagined with an irresistible chocolate twist. This tiramisu version blends the creaminess of mascarpone cheese with the unmistakable flavor of Baci® Perugina®, creating a refined and balanced taste. Easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of Baci® Perugina®
- 300 g of sponge cake or the same amount of ladyfingers
- 240 ml of cold black coffee
- 225 g of mascarpone cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- Cocoa powder and strawberries for decoration
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the sugar with the egg yolks until creamy. Add finely chopped Baci® Perugina® and mascarpone cheese, mix briefly, and refrigerate.
- Cut the sponge cake into 3 slices and place one on a serving plate.
- Moisten the sponge slices with 1/3 of the coffee and cover with 1/3 of the mascarpone and Baci® Perugina® cream.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder and decorate with strawberry slices.
